Privacy Policy

LenzPoint LLC (“LenzPoint,” “we,” “us”) runs the website lenzpoint.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website only. The LenzPoint app will have its own policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request early access, we collect your name and email address. Depending on the form, we also collect your preferred language and role. You may choose to provide your company name, how you organize jobs, and whether you would like to participate in a future pilot or share your experience. Please do not enter private client information or real access codes in the form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site host, Squarespace, records basic visit information such as pages viewed, browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, and how you arrived at the site. Squarespace uses cookies to do this. We also save signup source tags, such as platform, campaign, content and landing-page language, to understand which outreach brings relevant interest. These tags do not need to contain personal information.
Spam protection. Our signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the form. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that information.
How we use it
To contact you about early access to LenzPoint. To send you updates about LenzPoint, if you requested early access; you can ask us to stop at any time. To understand how people use our website and improve it. To keep the site secure and free of spam. We use language preference to choose the confirmation language and use optional role, scheduling and pilot-interest information to understand contractor needs and identify people interested in future research or pilots. Signing up does not create an app account or guarantee pilot access.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share your information with other companies for their own marketing.
Who helps us run the site
We use Squarespace for website hosting, forms and site statistics, and Google for signup storage in spreadsheets, confirmation email and spam protection. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep early access signups until LenzPoint launches, or until you ask us to delete your information, whichever comes first. After launch, we keep your information only if you become a customer or ask to stay on our list. We retain a minimal suppression record to avoid contacting an opted-out address again.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we’ll take care of it. Reply REMOVE or BAJA to a LenzPoint email to stop receiving updates. We review these requests manually. A change in language does not reverse an opt-out. You can also choose which cookies to allow using the cookie banner on our site, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Our website is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
