I’m Matthew Collins. I’ve run Collins Kitchen and Bath, a remodeling company in Central Florida, since 2016. We do kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home remodels across 19 cities, and in 2026 we were named Orlando’s Best Gold Remodeler.
Like a lot of contractors, I tried the big-name construction software. It was expensive, it was packed with features I never touched, and it still didn’t do the two things I needed most:
Keep everybody on the same schedule, and keep my clients in the loop.
So we built our own. We started with the schedule and the updates, and we ran our own jobs on it every day. My guys knew where to be. My subs knew their days. My clients quit calling to ask what was going on, because they could see it. And I stopped driving across town just to check on progress.
To build it right, I partnered with a cybersecurity professional who leads LenzPoint’s security and privacy work. Together we built LenzPoint: no bloated feature list and no enterprise price tag, just the scheduling and communication a contractor actually needs.
